This charming 3-bedroom, two-story thatched roof house in the hills of Tihany accommodates up to 6 guests. With stunning views of Lake Balaton, it offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature. Set amidst lavender fields and vineyards, the home exudes a true countryside charm. The forest is right at the back door, perfect for walks and hikes while vibrant Tihany downtown is just 2 km.

We highly recommend this property for families who love nature and groups of friends. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom—two with showers and one with a bathtub. An additional guest toilet is located on the ground floor.

The main bedroom upstairs has a balcony with breathtaking views of Balaton. The living room is furnished with a TV, fireplace, and two large sofas, all offering lovely views of the lake and the beautifully maintained garden. The rooms maintain a comfortable temperature thanks to an integrated cooling/heating, with extra AC units provided in the bedrooms.

Three terraces surround the house, all showcasing beautiful lake views. The main terrace, accessible from the living room, features cozy lounge furniture and leads to a panoramic jacuzzi. A second, accessible from the kitchen, serves as an excellent outdoor dining space for larger groups, complete with a barbecue and outdoor fireplace. The third terrace is the highest point of property, adorned with lush lawn and lavender bushes, providing a peaceful spot for relaxation or yoga.

Equipped with infra-heaters the terraces can be enjoyed even in cooler weather, and sun canopies offer shade during warmer days. There parking available for multiple cars in the garden.

Please note that we do accept stag/hen weekends, bachelor parties, or large groups of party-goers, as we are situated in residential area and the house is owned by a family with children. Pets are not permitted inside the house. This is a non-smoking property. An ashtray is provided for outdoor use only!
